
Astana — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has officially announced the timeline for his upcoming Address to the People of Kazakhstan. The Head of State is set to deliver his major strategic address in October of this year, Tiek.kz reports.

The President made the announcement during a formal awards ceremony honoring the winners and medalists of the VI World Nomad Games. According to Tokayev, the upcoming strategic document will clearly outline the country’s further development trajectory and long-term plans.
“In October, in accordance with Article 46 of the Constitution, I will deliver an Address to the People of Kazakhstan, in which I will outline our future plans,” President Tokayev emphasized.

During his speech, the Head of State also reviewed the milestones of recent institutional transformations across the country. He specifically highlighted the outcomes of the recent Kurultai elections, noting that the new parliamentary roster includes professional, proactive, and forward-thinking citizens, with a strong representation of youth.
