The professions at the highest risk of complete disappearance are those centered around routine data and text processing. These include:

Despite the looming threat of automation in certain fields, the broader economy will still heavily rely on human resources. Forecasts indicate that by 2035, Kazakhstan’s labor market will require an additional 2.9 million workers. Notably, the majority of this demand—around 1.8 million vacancies—will be concentrated in vocational and technical trades.
